Ilona’s Immersion/Retreats are designed for individuals/teams to take communication practice to the next level. With role-play, simulations and “getting out of the comfort zone” practice, participants will gain deep insights and new skills for their leadership and workplace.
Immersions/Retreats are between 3-5days, in-person and sometimes overseas.
